This is my go to cannabis store. I see no other stores in the area selling up to date and new releases. They offer many discounts though I don't fall into any of the categories to recieve them its nice to see they offer them. I'm a solventless only kind of person. it's expensive and it's the only way for me and this place offers the most selection. I've ordered delivery from here like 10 times and will continue to do so.

Love love love the staff always friendly, attentive and informative to what questions you may have about products, flavours, or which accessory works best. Stock is always plentiful which is great cuz some days ya never know what you are wanting lol. The only thing I will say I am disappointed with is the cartridges and that could just be the manufacturer of them. I have tried a variety of the cartridges by the many different vendors they carry. The Sensimila cartridge is by far the worst, it does not taste like any hint of watermelon no matter what setting it is on. Also glass cartridges shouldn't do what mine did. See attached picture. I was literally just puffing on the lowest setting and this just happened. Makes me scared to smoke anymore if it in fear it will pop in my face.

I used to like going here until I realized that the discounts displayed online doesn’t automatically reflect on the in store prices. I shouldn’t have to ask for a discount that they advertise on their website. Whoever manages the place should probably get a sign that notifies people that they need to ask for discounts or they won’t be applied, so people aren’t surprised when they look at their bill..

I love Take Off Cannabis Thorold! I've only bought twice but I'm definitely a forever customer. Ordering online is easy and convenient, and delivery was free and only a few hours wait. I asked for a new 510 battery and was given a beautiful magenta one from 'Ness! It's soft and comfortable to hold and is working very well! It looks great with the purple tip on my new Ambr Pink RZY cart, which is very tasty! Prices are great, discounts are wonderful! I've ordered from a few different stores and this one definitely has the best deal. They even offer daily discounts for ODSP, students, military etc. Thank you for mindfully considering our community of people who need extra support. I'll definitely be ordering again!
